Cancellations made within the first 24 hours of booking are typically eligible for a full refund, provided that the booking does not fall under special promotions or last-minute deals. Beyond this initial window, cancellations may attract a nominal service fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

If permitted, partial refunds will be calculated proportionally after deducting applicable service charges.
